At WooUPSELL we try to release plugins with features to satisfy your purchases 100%. If you find anything wrong with our plugin functionality, we will try our best to fix it as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not worry. We offer 30 days money back guarantee. Before applying for refund request please read the following conditions. Please remember! We don’t offer a refund for features that our plugins do not include.

Cases we offer refund

  • If the product you purchased is completely non-functional
  • If we fail to respond to your support post in 72 hours (business days only)
  • If the main product description does not match what it actually offers

Cases we don’t offer any refund

  • You have changed your mind about the plugin
  • You bought the plugin by mistake and the the plugin was sent/already downloaded by you
  • The plugin you bought at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds
  • We don’t offer refund for any feature you ask that is not listed in our product description (please check the feature list and if the product has a demo preview)
  • We offer any custom. Contact us if you need customizations. No refund will be issued on such a ground
  • We don’t offer refund for accidental purchase or mistaken purchase or wrong purchase
  • We don’t offer refund for auto-renewal. You can disable subscriptions so contact us via our chat system. Please note: you won’t receive any latest update and support after expiration of subscription.

You are eligible to ask refund when above conditions are matched. Your refund claim is applicable within 30 days of your purchase. Refund is issued within 7 working days after refund request.
